Cons
Disconnected and disingenuous Executive leadership puts a lot of pressure on middle management to deliver quotas rather than deliver value. Constant layoffs. Constant pressure to outsource employee positions to cheap third party resources in India that do not deliver equivalent value. Top performers are compensated the same as low performers.
