Introducing AI to monitor everyones move on every call. Ugh. Never again. Goodbye depression pit. For real, unless you're behind the 100k a year veil that beyond the regular phone floor, if you are in some "imaginary part" of USAA , cool, if you are a regular person, stay away. It used to be special.... It is now just a billion dollar privately owned corporation that outsiders are being brought into.
