Pros

Nice office in Phoenix, includes a cafeteria and gym on-site. Also relaxation rooms if you have time to use them. There's a Fooseball and ping pong table in the lunchroom along with large screen t.v.s.

Cons

If you don't opt out of medical by day 30 of training, they enroll you into their default plan, charging you each paycheck and refuse to cancel your medical. They send you 1 reminder email to opt out prior to that date and send you many emails to remind you to sign up for the annual sign up. They are also self funded for their medical benefits. Meaning, they know what your medical issues are. Parking is coded by job level, the lower you are the further you have to walk to the entrance. Every year they cover less and charge more for healthcare. Nepotism is strong here! If your family member works there, you have a job!
