      - culty culture - benefits are okay - chic-fil-a inside main office - half price healthy food - beautiful main campus - coworkers are nice - 401K 4% match - parents get to take advantage of leaving early/working from home

      Cons

      - no room for growth - 100 year old company; stuck in its ways - financial institution; tons of regulation and red tape - they've cut away at the benefits over the years

      Pros

      Life work balance, great benefit package and nice colleagues. The goal of the company is providing the best service to its members. So, they treat employees the best to encourage them to do the same for members.

      Cons

      Slow IT support, limited interactions with industry. Banking business is not as mature as insurance.
