      Pros

      Great patient care. I was a patient here myself and received great care. My family also received great care when they were admitted.

      Cons

      Employees are not well taken care of. Benefits cut, pay rate increases are frozen and rarely occurred in my many years of employment. RN's that are willing to help out get taken advantage of. This hospital does not like to train employees to work in other areas or departments making it hard to get varied experience. The pay is low compared to other hospitals and years of experience.

      Pros

      Fun coworkers, that’s about it.

      Cons

      - Kitchen Managers are just as incompetent as the hospital administration, kitchen is operated by Sodexo not the hospital. - Pay is WAY too low for the expectation they want from you. - ABYSMAL communication. Good luck getting any concerns that you bring up to managers, they will get swept under the rug. - Quality of food served is poor due to head chef that doesn’t offer any creativity nor proper training to cooks. - Special preference given to underperforming staff. - No positive feedback ever, expect only critiques of your work from managers. - Holiday pay not honored. - Pests in the kitchen and cafeteria.
