Pros
I have been with USCB America for over 5 years now doing medical collections in Santa Rosa. I enjoy what I do and feel I have security until I retire. They offer two retirement benefits from 401k with matches to stocks in their ESOP (Employee Owned) program. I LOVE the people I work with. Having 4 locations there is always someone to go to for assistance and they are always willing to assist even if they don't work in your department. You can clearly see within weeks of being here they are family oriented and put their employees first. From low cost health care to fun contests and donation drives they make it fun to be here. If you are looking for a career, this is the perfect place as there is room for growth and management works with you to improve your overall professional skills.
Cons
Being on the phones you have to hear people being mean or rude almost on a daily basis BUT I have learned patience being here and the best thing is when someone apologizes for being rude because you kept your cool and assisted them to the end. #PeopleSkills. The room for growth is there but you have to put in the time in order to get there.
