They provide you with all their policies up front so you learn, listen and grow successfully in your position. I love to help promote the use of their tools that made be successful in my position. And the management team was there to help me reach my goals. Key to me was having great communication with management that I noticed improved my growth and experience. In addition I surrounded myself with smart, humble and hard working people that made me excel.

There are times where I felt stuck with repetiveness but once I was open to change, I took advantage of it to grow and tried something else. The company has grown so quickly that it took me a bit to catch up. I had tunnel vision that I didn’t give in to the change so i made it difficult for myself. But once I noticed the great improvements in all areas I grew to learn that the change was needed.

Too much micro-managing and more than 1 supervisor.
