And the management team was there to help me reach my goals. Key to me was having great communication with management that I noticed improved my growth and experience. In addition I surrounded myself with smart, humble and hard working people that made me excel.

There are times where I felt stuck with repetiveness but once I was open to change, I took advantage of it to grow and tried something else. The company has grown so quickly that it took me a bit to catch up. I had tunnel vision that I didn’t give in to the change so i made it difficult for myself. But once I noticed the great improvements in all areas I grew to learn that the change was needed.
