Larger office locations have excellent team-building events and amenities. Concur travel tool works well and company has preferential relationships with Delta, Hyatt, and Enterprise which makes travel comfortable.
Cons
Costly benefits package. CG is often sharing accolades with USI Insurance, however it's a very different experience and entirely separate business unit. Internal procedures are outdated or poorly documented, including lack of clarity on steps for advancement within the structure. Mid-senior management unfortunately is littered with toxic, ineffective, insecure personalities which choke overall team morale and growth opportunities. Slow to hire after turnover, if at all. Experience for acquired teams vs. legacy team is starkly different and inconsistent; acquired teams seem discontented and receive limited communication or rewards.
