Pros
I've worked in insurance before, but USI is on another level. From day 1, I have felt supported and a part of something bigger. Cons
The only con is keeping up with all of the opportunities and learning new systems. Once the systems are second nature it will simply be a matter of doing the do to get the get. There is a lot to learn, but if you are coachable and willing to put in the work; you will easily be able to make USI the place you retire from.
