      I work with an amazing group of people that truly work as a team. Management is hardworking and professional. I love my job here and feel completely respected and valued. USI wants their employees to grow in their profession and they celebrate success. I also love how USI supports community needs. Their USI Gives Back program is very inspiring.

      computers go down more frequently than I was used to.
