      Management team in Portland OR and Seattle WA. Talented, long term employees in respective departments. Great employee recognition program (locally and nationally). Generous benefits. Generous personal time off policy. Great office location/design interior. USI offers improved systems and offers updated software, training, etc. Ability to work from home is a real positive when being interviewed by prospective candidates. Community volunteering is greatly encouraged!

      Performance management system is not intuitive or easy to use. Not effective.
