Pros

Great colleagues (for the most part) who appear to always want to help each other and aid clients. Top Management genuinely want to foster a great environment, shows great compassion for clients and employees. Benefits and PTO are fairly good.

Cons

With all the acquisitions USI fails to standardize on boarding, share information (from what's expected of individual, organization charts to know who's who and why, resource tools to don one jobs, and god for bid if someone leaves most people are clueless). Internal transparency is lacking in several areas, mainly for concern of what that individual may share with a competitor or a client may get upset for not knowing. Standardized procedures and trust across the board lacks.

Pros

Great support overall. The entire team has been incredibly supportive, helpful, and kind. Everyone has been willing to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer assistance when needed. Their positive attitude and willingness to help have made the learning process much easier and created a welcoming environment.

Cons

One area for improvement would be training. More structured onboarding, hands-on guidance, and quick-reference job aids or flash cards would be extremely helpful, especially when learning new processes and systems. Having easily accessible resources for common tasks would improve efficiency, build confidence, and make it easier to navigate day-to-day responsibilities.
