Pros
Having a job that pays you every two weeks and pays for a % of our health insurance. Management is honest of their inability to provide raises due to the Producers in your particular office not bringing in enough business. They are also very efficient at NOT solving problems in the workplace. They are great at double talk, almost like the way the Producers sell to our insureds. You get to work for amazing Producers who think nothing but money, money, money and are great at belittling, degrading, and throwing you under the bus to management and insureds.
Cons
Producers and management have all the perks. Unless you are hired for one of those positions, don’t expect a work life balance, raises, or sincere appreciation or respect.
