      Visionary corporate leadership, technology and information tools. Eager and conscientious individuals to work with.

      Cons

      Siloed. Toxic, incompetent arrogant local senior leadership who have a loose relationship with truth and ethical behavior.Game playing and favoritism abounds. High burnout.

Strong leadership across all levels, consistently appreciated for their effectiveness and dedication. "Winner’s mentality" is evident, motivating employees and driving high performance.

      From my experience so far, I haven’t encountered any significant cons. No notable drawbacks to report at this time; my experience has been exceptional.
