This company has really stepped up its game. I’m currently employed in commercial Lines (middle market) and I am profoundly impressed. This is the First company I have worked for that truly , truly wants its employees to excel and has Real leadership. Jacinda , “We advocate on your behalf.” And she is absolutely correct. She makes it very clear that leadership is what Makes or Breaks any organization. They’re pulling bench marking studies, working on more competitive compensation and encouraging Team leadership to remind everyone that they Truly matter and that every single employee has a voice and deserves to be heard. I can’t say enough good things about this place.
Cons
Learning any new system is a PITA. Sagitta and ImageRight are two we use and it’s definitely a task to really get grasp on how they work. Luckily, there’s constantly training being promoted and updated resources to help. Everyone is willing to help everyone else learn these systems as we all know they are tricky but once you get a hang of it, they’re fantastically useful and efficient.
