Their positive attitude and willingness to help have made the learning process much easier and created a welcoming environment.

One area for improvement would be training. More structured onboarding, hands-on guidance, and quick-reference job aids or flash cards would be extremely helpful, especially when learning new processes and systems. Having easily accessible resources for common tasks would improve efficiency, build confidence, and make it easier to navigate day-to-day responsibilities.
