Engaged Employer

No training from management, little guidance. Low pay - Account Representative USI Insurance Services Employee Review

Pros

Work life balance, PTO and company holidays, hybrid options (based on city)

Cons

Management does not train you properly before sending you off on your own. Morale is low and all attention goes to the producers. Producers can be demanding and difficult to work with. Raises are hard to come by as well as being promoted. Very extreme gaps in compensation when experience doesn’t vary much. Pushes corporate agenda a lot. You are just a number to them.

Pros

Great support overall. The entire team has been incredibly supportive, helpful, and kind. Everyone has been willing to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer assistance when needed. Their positive attitude and willingness to help have made the learning process much easier and created a welcoming environment.

Cons

One area for improvement would be training. More structured onboarding, hands-on guidance, and quick-reference job aids or flash cards would be extremely helpful, especially when learning new processes and systems. Having easily accessible resources for common tasks would improve efficiency, build confidence, and make it easier to navigate day-to-day responsibilities.

Pros

I’m a Senior Account Manager at USI Insurance Services, and I truly enjoy collaborating with a talented, supportive team. The office environment is modern and welcoming, fostering productivity and teamwork. From my first day, the onboarding process was smooth—leadership was approachable and invested in my development. Three words to describe USI’s culture: Collaborative, Empowering, Inclusive. USI stands out for unique employee programs like wellness initiatives, recognition awards, and continuous learning opportunities. It’s a place where people grow, are valued, and have fun working together.

Cons

I have no "cons" to report. Happy with USI
