Pros

I am a new hire at USI and I can't say enough about my positive experience so far getting starting. USI has an extensive training program in place along with unlimited resources for outsourcing work or projects to other teams within the company. I'm fully remote but went into the office to meet my team. Everyone in the office was kind, genuine and real. I know everyone is very busy but don't get that overwhelmed burnt out feeling from anyone... for me personally that is rear.

Cons

Not really a con but I knew that when taking this job I would become just a number with 100s of others in my same role (small fish big pond kind of thing). This is a change from my last agency and kind of what I was looking for within this new job so I wouldn't say it's bad.

Hybrid position, amazing team, great boss, not micromanaged, treated like family. Open door policy when needing help or guidance.

That I don't get to see my team in person more often.

From my experience so far, I haven’t encountered any significant cons. No notable drawbacks to report at this time; my experience has been exceptional.
