Pros
They are hiring fresh graduates and those with minimal experience across the country bi-annually. It is a great opportunity to get paid while learning. Get trained, get licensed, and you become valuable to ANY insurance company. The people you get hired on with are generally capable and intelligent.
Cons
They are trying to get everyone to go from remote/hybrid into mostly/totally in-office. Anyone who pushes back or questions this will be let go without warning. I requested a single meeting to discuss the future plans of the company as it would directly cause me to have to make an exceptional commute despite managing my work remote/hybrid the entire time. Within a week I was let go despite being told I was performing beyond expectations.
