Pros
Great team environment. Responsive, collaborative and helpful managers, producers and team mates. Working remotely has actually made us talk to each other so much more than before. We’re also more focused on our clients and new business prospects. Good benefits, raises and bonuses. Nice place to work.
Cons
Not enough support for claims and risk control. We are always growing and changing so hoping this is on management’s radar.
