Pros
I've worked in 2 different departments and management doesn't micromanage as long as you do your job. You still have those coworkers who think they are your boss but I think that is anywhere. Raises are crap like most places and you get bonuses which are something extra in your pocket. I've had better benefits with geico. Overall this is a great company. I left for a better opportunity.
Cons
Management allows disrespect between employees out of fear of losing employees. Every office as that 1 or 2 employee who knows they will get away with it. Most of the time it's the tenured employees
