      Leads are provided. QUALITY leads. Mangers are strict on KPIS, however they're extremely knowledgeable and most of them are easily accessible, helpful, cool people, who genuinely listen to concerns and feedback. Training and learning are key components of the culture. Everyone here, no matter the division, just wants to get better, improving day by day. It's a great culture

      Cons

      For those of us in sales: it's what we make of the day. Though the commission structure could really benefit from a revision- more in favor with producers.
