      Pros

      USI is has been rated a best place to work for several years in a row and in my short experience they show this by their actions investing, communicating and listening to their employees. They keep all employees involved and up to date via emails, all hands meetings and surveys for feedback. My managers are involved, collaborative and care. I feel like they stand behind the organization mission of retaining professionals and working together on goals. I feel like a valued member of the organization.

      Cons

      There is a lot to keep up with, but that comes with the pace of industry change and technology implementation.

      Pros

      Hybrid position, amazing team, great boss, not micromanaged, treated like family. Open door policy when needing help or guidance.

      That I don't get to see my team in person more often.

      Exceptional team culture that fosters collaboration and support. Leadership is highly engaged, demonstrating meaningful and intentional involvement that directly serves clients not just in words, but through visible actions. Strong leadership across all levels, consistently appreciated for their effectiveness and dedication. "Winner’s mentality" is evident, motivating employees and driving high performance.

      Cons

      From my experience so far, I haven’t encountered any significant cons. No notable drawbacks to report at this time; my experience has been exceptional.
