Micromanagement, disrespect, lack of care of employee, indifference from management, not paying out commissions as agreed upon, lack of resources (internet goes out sometimes, job boards lose access sometimes, no LinkedIn Recruiter accounts), communication issues, underpays all employees and will try to low ball every candidate on every offer, sneaky management; will try to employ friends with no background in the staffing space to micromanage U.S. employees, lack of organization (i.e: CEO wanted a spreadsheet created for candidate tracking but would often never check the spreadsheet and had admitted to it several times. What was the purpose of the spreadsheet?).
