      Cons

      A lot of them. In efficient management. They dont care about the employees or their concerns. Greedy for money. The incentive policy is pathetic and in that they will try to eat away the incentive money of the employees. Cheap people. There is lady and she is the major reason for the downfall of the company. It is like a coconut given to a monkey. Hire and fire policy for silly reasons. Advise people not to join USM.

      Nothing, they wasted my time with weeks of trying to place me on some client site while lying about what I am good at.

      Cons

      They didn't pay me the last 2 weeks. They try to threaten me. No HR in the USA. All calls go to India. Honestly, WORST experience of my life.
