The work can be very challenging but it was collaborative. Work will be noticed and rewarded. The HR management team values employee feedback and gives immediate solutions for issues if any. Even though I have little experience in the field, my manager respected sales development strategies that I prepared and motivated me to work towards targets. Moreover, I am satisfied with flexible timings, hours, team lunch, events, and great perks, and many more. People who can turn challenges into growth pillars can service here. Otherwise, people with negative attitudes face difficulty to adapt our positive work culture.

No Cons, but I request managers to analyze the COVID-19 crisis across our targeted markets and set targets for floor employees, otherwise employee churn rate will be on the rise.
