      I was recently joined USM as a senior US IT recruiter. Being a leading staffing firm, the company never compromised in searching for great talents for its client businesses. I was inspired by their morals and transparency in delivering quality services and I wish to stay here for a few more years. Smooth hiring and onboarding processes Good work culture and will get recognition and nice incentives on closing requirements.

      One thing is that I was not satisfied with the hike percent.

      Nothing, they wasted my time with weeks of trying to place me on some client site while lying about what I am good at.

      Cons

      They didn't pay me the last 2 weeks. They try to threaten me. No HR in the USA. All calls go to India. Honestly, WORST experience of my life.
