USM is mostly into IT staffing and recruitment domain. So, it is a best platform for people who wants to build their professional career in staffing industry. I’m working here as US IT recruiter and it is very cool job and the company provide good incentives and allowances to employees. I’ve observed that the company gives highest priority to skills. So, irrespective of fresher or senior, your skills will be hired and prioritized. Being a junior-level recruiter, the company has given me a great opportunity to learn and work. I recommend USM.
