Pros
I cannot think of any pros at this time. Most weeks the paycheck cleared although it was less than what I was owed.
Cons
Upper management is HORRIBLE. Tried to communicate issues that I was having with mid-management and it was ignored and then relayed to my supervisor. I was, for 4 months, working 140 plus hours per week and was not even given a thank you. The company then loses their main contract in Wisconsin and then terminates my position to save a few dollars. The most unorganized (zero training) workplace I have ever been associated with ... And the pay is awful for what they expect you to do.
