Pros

***** Pros nothing to mention*** Senior management are all locals to TRV who don't possess a basic managerial skill and doesn't have technical expertise , many (senior management who remain at the top) are surviving with help of skilled developers and implementation engineers.

Cons

Company and management that doesnt know basic ethics. people who have previously worked on top tier IT companies have suffered a lot here. no proper projects.lots of layoffs. no recognition. No salary on time. eventhough they promise about himes it happens in paper only.no proper hikes. no proper bonus.Nothing is transparent inside. lots and lots of politics. Altogether your career will be a question mark if you join here. Mouthshut site conveys a lot about you. HR sponsored reviews do not work now as many employees are smarter than their bosses.

Pros

One of the things I value most about UST is the people. I have worked with supportive colleagues and leaders who are approachable and willing to help when needed. If you take ownership of your work and consistently deliver, you are trusted with greater responsibilities rather than being micromanaged. The company offers exposure to global clients, diverse technologies, and teams across different regions, which keeps the work interesting and helps you grow professionally. Learning opportunities are available for those who actively seek them out, and I have always felt encouraged to share ideas and improve the way we work. Like any large organization, your experience will depend on your project and manager, but overall I have found UST to have a collaborative culture where people genuinely work together to solve problems and support each other's success.

Cons

Cons Work life balance can vary depending on the project. Some delivery phases require extended hours, but better planning during peak periods would help.
