Pros
There are good people in middle management who aren't disillusioned.
Cons
Everyone's out for their own interests. Terrible mismanagement of employees (taking people for granted, herding them like cattle, giving false promises, failure to deliver). Upper management who believe that they have the power to spend as much as they want but will stick it to the man who deserves it. If you want to survive here, either be prepared to beg or play favourites. They expect you to work through major holidays just because the CEO is having a hissy fit.
