Pros

Low work pressure and less overtime

Cons

Had to travel all alone to US for the first time.Manager promised, somebody will be waiting in Airport, No one was there waiting for me. I was not provided with change and what all I had was 100 dollar notes. I had not given any orientation on how to reach destination, how to hire a cab etc.I waited at airport believing somebody will come from office and no 1 came. After waiting for so long in a new place, somehow I hired a cab which I found outside and Showed the cab driver my address slip.He too me to that place.I was in jet lag and I still managed not to sleep out of fear.Somehow I reached my hotel safely.Being a woman, I expect a company would provide at least some safety measures before they send somebody to foreign countries.Adding to it, I was not provided with a cell phone too, else I would have called my office from airport.Being a junior employee, I was not quite knowledgeable to ask about these before I begin my travel.

Pros

I've had a positive experience working here as a Lead Engineer. The company provides great opportunities for growth, promotes collaboration, and encourages innovation. Supportive leadership, talented teammates, and meaningful projects make it a great place to build a career and make an impact.

Cons

Can improve decision-making and reduce cross-team dependencies that sometimes slow us down. As business needs change, staying flexible is key, despite the challenges, we enjoy great learning opportunities, supportive colleagues, and the chance to explore and work on great projects.
