Pros

Friendly team members around and good long term clients to work with. There is a good friendly relationship that exists between the team members. Company got a good set of Technical resources. Company got good PTO/Sick Leave days and PTO days increases with years of service with in the company. Company provides good insurance benefits.

Cons

Lower salary , many people managers who are not really involved on the project/do not have much technical skills , can find lots of politics/favoritism and lesser/no clarity on company policies. No 401k match from the company side. No annual bonus payout. Cost Of Living allowance is very low and it disappears after certain salary level.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
