Pros

Flexible timings Good pay structure Less work pressure.

Cons

Racism is too much. There is a big partiallity for non-malayalees. No job security for non malayalees. 3 months you can stay in bench maximum, then you are fired. The above policy is moslty not applicable for mallus. They some how get project, even if they are not talented as nearly 98% from management are mallus. in 2012 nearly or more than 1000(company strength being hardly 6000) got fired due to bench policy, none of them are mallus. Mostly you will be forced to move to trivandrum or kochi after joining, even if you join in chennai or bangalore. Less onsites. Less hikes. Too much importance given to dress code. only formals all days with compulsary ties and plain shirts. company is down sizing day by day, loosing/lost all big clients.
