Pros

Though time Story- I'm from Chennai and I was offered for Infrastructure Analyst position at UST Global, Trivandrum Location. I couldn't join UST as committed initially due to delay in release from my previous company because of the Covid-19 situation. UST had to revise my Joining date in Offer Letter thrice. Finally I have joined UST Global during the Pandemic time (April 20 2020) and within a week I was released from the Project I was recruited for (due to some Business License Agreement I guess) and moved to Talent Pool. HR Team was constant in getting in touch with me for about a month and was able to place me to the right project, according to my skillset. During the time I was in UST's Talent Pool, I was given time and resources (GAMA Training) to add new skills and update my technical knowledge. Best thing is, Full Salary was credited during these tough times. As a part of Goodwill gesture, I have contributed a very small part of my Salary to COVID-19 Relief/Rehabilitation Fund at UST. This will continue. #PayBackTime Thank you again, UST!

Pros

UST actively explores new roles and career opportunities, including the Forward Deployed Engineer program, and supports employees in developing the skills required for these emerging areas. This initiative, led by CTO Niranjan Ramsunder, reflects the organization’s focus on preparing employees for future-facing roles and helping them grow beyond traditional delivery responsibilities. Chief Innovation Officer Mathew Kuruvilla has also established an impressive Experience Center that clearly showcases UST’s capabilities, solutions, and approach to innovation. It provides a tangible way to demonstrate what UST represents and how the organization brings together technology, experience, and business value. These initiatives are supported by the broader direction of the leadership team. CEO Krishna Sudheendra’s vision has helped create an environment where innovation, employee growth, and new ideas receive meaningful backing. His leadership enables teams to explore new areas, build stronger capabilities, and translate ideas into initiatives that create value for both employees and clients. Personally, UST has given me the freedom to explore the areas that interest me most, particularly virtual reality and immersive solutions. I started my professional journey here, and it has been a wonderful experience working with supportive teams and leaders who consistently place empathy first.

Cons

As UST continues to introduce new initiatives and career opportunities, creating more structured ways for employees across different teams to discover and participate in them would make these programs even more impactful.
