Pros

It really don’t find any Pros. Well May b it’s bit flexible but that is because it doesn’t care about it’s employees.

Cons

Lots of them. 1. It has some core values Humanity, Humility, integrity but these are the values it doesn’t honour. 2. It can’t touch of lives of it’s employees but advertises that it wants to touch lives of 3 billion people. 3. Have habit of not honouring it’s own promises, make all fake promises. 4. No proper hike cycle. 5. No appreciation of any hard work. 6. You will feel you are unwanted whenever there is something you want from the management. 7. All big and hollow talks. 8. Private company that’s why hides and manipulate all data related to profits, attrition and clients. 9. If as an employee if you agree not to take any salary, this company will be happy to employ you. 10. This company doesn’t do anything for it’s employees, all what it does because law of the lands have certain rules that this company make sure it follows. 11. All middle level managers are crap 12. Profits are shared by diving among unnecessary positions at the top. 13. They buy all crap companies belonging to friends of high D level employees. 14. No process is followed. Don’t spoil your career here. Name has changed but DNA remains same.

Pros

UST is one of the few organizations where everyone is treated with equal respect, regardless of their role or title. While we all perform different responsibilities, everyone has the same opportunity to contribute and grow. The UST culture is difficult to describe; you have to experience it. It feels more like a family than a traditional workplace, and it is a place where careers and lives are genuinely transformed. The company promotes an excellent work-life balance and encourages people to take ownership rather than simply follow orders. Growth opportunities are available at every level, and your career progression largely depends on your willingness to learn and take initiative. It is also a great learning environment with exposure to new technologies, diverse business domains, and the flexibility to work across different teams and functions. One of the exciting recent developments is UST's partnership with Anthropic. It creates great opportunities to learn AI, work with new technologies, and build future-ready skills as AI becomes a bigger part of the industry.

Cons

Some internal processes could be streamlined to improve efficiency

Pros

UST actively explores new roles and career opportunities, including the Forward Deployed Engineer program, and supports employees in developing the skills required for these emerging areas. This initiative, led by CTO Niranjan Ramsunder, reflects the organization’s focus on preparing employees for future-facing roles and helping them grow beyond traditional delivery responsibilities. Chief Innovation Officer Mathew Kuruvilla has also established an impressive Experience Center that clearly showcases UST’s capabilities, solutions, and approach to innovation. It provides a tangible way to demonstrate what UST represents and how the organization brings together technology, experience, and business value. These initiatives are supported by the broader direction of the leadership team. CEO Krishna Sudheendra’s vision has helped create an environment where innovation, employee growth, and new ideas receive meaningful backing. His leadership enables teams to explore new areas, build stronger capabilities, and translate ideas into initiatives that create value for both employees and clients. Personally, UST has given me the freedom to explore the areas that interest me most, particularly virtual reality and immersive solutions. I started my professional journey here, and it has been a wonderful experience working with supportive teams and leaders who consistently place empathy first.

Cons

As UST continues to introduce new initiatives and career opportunities, creating more structured ways for employees across different teams to discover and participate in them would make these programs even more impactful.
