Pros

Flexibility in time in some accounts/projects. Sajan Pillai(CEO) and Manu Gopinath (Global HR) is good. But the team under them is spoiling the company.

Cons

Worst management. They will threaten you implementing unusual policies. Favourism will win on justice. Poor salary. Appraisal also just a procedure to give good compensation to preplanned list of people. HR BSE is the worst team there. They wont respond to you. They are just for taking actions and blaming and threatening. I started working in the company almost soon when it start. It was employee friendly and had good management. Now It is just in memories only.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
