Pros

1. Flexibility 2. No time constraints. Just finish up your work. No mandatory 9 hrs in office 3. No micro management 4. Good long client list.

Cons

1. Worst HR team 2. People who are in the company for more than 9yrs. Are made managers with no experience of handling resources or project. 3. These scrum bags are insecure of their position and play dirty politics if they find someone with real capabilities. 4. Mallus rules. If your name ends with Pillai, Nair, josheph..... then u are boss. 5. Middle management is corrupt. 6. To them employees are just billable redource. 7. Management licks client's feet. Whatever the client demands n how bizarre their demands are, Management says "YES SIR ... YES SIR" LIST ARE LONG...

Pros

One of the things I value most about UST is the people. I have worked with supportive colleagues and leaders who are approachable and willing to help when needed. If you take ownership of your work and consistently deliver, you are trusted with greater responsibilities rather than being micromanaged. The company offers exposure to global clients, diverse technologies, and teams across different regions, which keeps the work interesting and helps you grow professionally. Learning opportunities are available for those who actively seek them out, and I have always felt encouraged to share ideas and improve the way we work. Like any large organization, your experience will depend on your project and manager, but overall I have found UST to have a collaborative culture where people genuinely work together to solve problems and support each other's success.

Cons

Cons Work life balance can vary depending on the project. Some delivery phases require extended hours, but better planning during peak periods would help.
