The hiring process is very bad, as it does not allocate newly hired freshers to projects based on their skills. Many freshers and experienced people are waiting for their projects, yet freshers are being hired and put through training. There is no salary hike, and the experienced individuals they hire for specific roles often lack the necessary skills. People with 2-3 years of experience have to suffer and handle tasks they shouldn't have to.
