Pros

The CEO Krishna Sudheendra is a great leader and leads in the right direction. He tries to have great company culture, however he is not in Aliso Viejo HQ enough to oversee the "TRUE" and hidden work culture. And once the Top Executives leave, everything turns bad again. The Aliso and Trivandrum offices are pretty nice locations to work at where 90% of the people who work for this company is Indian. Monthly you will be fed Indian food. You always hear great things about SIUA (Step It Up America)

Cons

The work culture at UST has been going downhill, the managers and office managers only care about themselves and will pass on all work to the hard workers. When you need help, they will tell you to ask for help, but then nobody wants to help. No room for growth! When there is a good position open and available, it will be given to the managers close family/friends, you will only get promoted through nepotism, not for knowledge and hard work.
