Pros

Pros: - Engaging work with a US-based client - Pays the salary on time

Cons

- Inefficient appraisal process and low raise offer - Unwillingness to facilitate direct hiring by the client - Lack of response from management after resignation Will not recommend if you are not from Kerala, upper management is a total waste. It was a contractual work to a US based MNC no interaction from UST side, but when the client wanted to hire me directly they kept on going in a loop asking extra money every time, this went on for a month then the client was fed-up and didn't proceed further. UST was not even bothered to give a decent raise (less then 5%) even though the client was so happy with the effort and was willing to hire me directly. Even after tell the management the sole reason for resigning was because of the appraisal they never contacted me once after multiple attempts of me asking the same. Would never recommend this company which doesn't think even once about the employee.

Pros

One of the things I value most about UST is the people. I have worked with supportive colleagues and leaders who are approachable and willing to help when needed. If you take ownership of your work and consistently deliver, you are trusted with greater responsibilities rather than being micromanaged. The company offers exposure to global clients, diverse technologies, and teams across different regions, which keeps the work interesting and helps you grow professionally. Learning opportunities are available for those who actively seek them out, and I have always felt encouraged to share ideas and improve the way we work. Like any large organization, your experience will depend on your project and manager, but overall I have found UST to have a collaborative culture where people genuinely work together to solve problems and support each other's success.

Cons

Cons Work life balance can vary depending on the project. Some delivery phases require extended hours, but better planning during peak periods would help.
