Pros

Flexible working hours Access and exposure to paid AI tools Though the company is majorly service based there are few product divisions too which work on latest GenAI technologies If you have a product idea you can approach to a dedicated cell and get it converted into a working solution

Cons

There are few teams which have very competitive individuals but majority is laid back Though working hours are flexible sometimes very tight deadlines are set due to miscalculated commitments Performance tracking system - considers only number of hours instead of quality of work

Pros

One of the things I value most about UST is the people. I have worked with supportive colleagues and leaders who are approachable and willing to help when needed. If you take ownership of your work and consistently deliver, you are trusted with greater responsibilities rather than being micromanaged. The company offers exposure to global clients, diverse technologies, and teams across different regions, which keeps the work interesting and helps you grow professionally. Learning opportunities are available for those who actively seek them out, and I have always felt encouraged to share ideas and improve the way we work. Like any large organization, your experience will depend on your project and manager, but overall I have found UST to have a collaborative culture where people genuinely work together to solve problems and support each other's success.

Cons

Cons Work life balance can vary depending on the project. Some delivery phases require extended hours, but better planning during peak periods would help.
