Pros
-People that love what they do, coworkers, atmosphere of company (lots of nice people!). -Pay. Annual merit raises, annual performance review. -Bonus/commission/incentive structure. -Open, honest environment - free from reprisal. -Associates of all levels are listened to - culture survey, skip level meetings, executive team visits, chat n' chews, etc. -Working environment/conditions. -Trust -'Assume Positive Intent' still exists in a corporate culture!
Cons
-Network data speeds in some areas (ever changing/improving) -No longer customers/stores/service in Chicago area -Severely limited geographic locations for career advancement, beyond directly being in or managing retail stores.
