      Excellent Benefits and good pay. Nice business model and organizational structure. Upper management are friendly and proactive. Love my customers!

      Cons

      Retail hours and changing commission structure has me making a lot less than 2 years ago, even with a higher cumulative sales percentage.

      Pretty chill on slow days.

      Cons

      The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
