Pros

Free cellphone, not an overly difficult job once you learn all the backdoors and processes, Discounts on accessories, If you don't know how to do something or are too busy to do something due to the line, you can pawn it off on the sales reps. Made some good friends with coworkers

Cons

You are the first person that customers see. If they are angry, they take it out on you. You are on your feet for 10.5 hour shifts sometimes with only a half hour break. All the sales reps get chairs and usually only work 8 hours, but the cashiers have to stay on their feet for whatever reason. You have to walk every single customer that you can to the door even if they refuse... some males would get offended by it (I'm a female). Coworkers can be cool, but some of them are kindy backstabby towards each other, because it is a sales driven workplace. Favorites happen.

Pros

Pretty chill on slow days.

Cons

The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
