Pros

Decent health benefits 2 weeks off to start.

Cons

Horrible management, from store managers to Area Sales Managers. They are a local provider trying to be Verizon and they just aren't. Little no accessories for the devices yet they want to sell everything. Also added "cold calling" since there was not enough foot traffic in the door. Overpriced for what they offered yet they all said it was a good deal nor did they manage promos correctly. Call center employees who you were supposed to call for help were trained less than I was. If you butt kissed to management you were able to move up quicker than just based on performance. Management also complained about not having enough time to do anything with just a 7 person staff. No one knew how the commission structure worked once changed by corporate. Fun fact, they are based out of Chicago, yet no coverage by them what so ever.

Pretty chill on slow days.

Cons

The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
