      The pros were the benefits and my team leader. I had an awesome team lead that helped in every way that she could.

      Cons

      Customers could be shockingly rude sometimes, but that comes with any job in the customer service field.

      Pretty chill on slow days.

      Cons

      The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
