      Great Culture overall. Some flexibility in work hours. I really enjoyed and learned a great deal from my co-workers.

      Cons

      It's becoming a flat organization. Telecommunications is a very mature industry. The company is experiencing slow growth.

      Pretty chill on slow days.

      Cons

      The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
