Pros

Good company. Pay is good for someone who is young just getting into the sales field. Technology. Good promos very much like competitors.

Cons

Goal based sales. Unless you hit 50% or better in you quota you won't get commission. Get paid the same if you hit a quota of 20 adds one month as you hit a quota of 40 adds another month. Charge backs occur at up to 90 days from point of sale and you can be set to hit quota at end of month then get enough charge backs to take you down to below 50% with no time to make it up. So no payout.

Pretty chill on slow days.

Cons

The actual breakdown of the bonuses just meeting quota isn't all that much for the effort put in. That said when you actually do exceed quota the extra cash feels extremely worth it!
